CLEANROOM GLOVES RECYCLING

The key point of Gloves Recycling is cost saving, it can save more than a half cost depending on the quality of Gloves.

Some gloves can be recycled 4-5 times.

All Gloves are treated in cleanroom class 100/1000 with Ultrapure EDI water (18.5 M Ohm).

 Glove will be separated by size from customer’s factory and pack to wait for pick up

 SEPRO re-pack carefully and send to factory for Cleanroom washing

 Gloves will be seperated for NG and Good condition for further Cleanroom treatment

 Gloves will be Washing and drying in Cleanroom Class 100 -1000

5

 Sample checking for APC and do vacuum packing in Cleanroom

6

 Carton packing and ready to delivery to customer

Delivery Condition

Gloves will be delivered to customer with test report attached lot by lot, compliant with Clean room class 1000/100.
