QT Sporicide is a peracetic acid and hydrogen peroxide solution which is a chemistry that provides fast, effective microbial control including spores.
QT Sporicide is a Sterilant- Virucide, Disinfectant- Sanitizer that acts as a booster for alkaline detergents.
QT Sporicide is formulated to be used at a 1% v/v dilution (used as a broad-spectrum disinfectant and sterilant).
QT Sporicide is recommended for use on pre-cleaned surfaces and equipment.
Dilution Ratio for QT Sporicide
1. Sanitizing Non-Food Contact Packaging Equipment: 0.5%-4.0% (40 ounces per 8 gallons of water)
2. Disinfection of Pharmaceutical Surfaces: 0.4%-1.0% (2 ounces per 4 gallons – 5 ounces per 4 gallons of water)
3. Sterilization of Manufacturing, Filling, and Packaging Equipment: 5.0% (6.4 ounces per gallon of water)
